Fucking hell though, when you actually look at the footage shot in Norway it's quite amazing. I wasn't aware of this at all. It looks like opening night of the best casino in the world.
It leaves me with some very pertinent questions; firstly, what did all the conspiracy theorists do before youtube and secondly (I don't really know what HAARP is apart from something that we should all be terrified of) why would the military do that? It's like something from a Pink Floyd gig, or maybe Jean Michel Jarre.
